Galatians

After receiving salvation by grace through faith, the Galatians were persuaded to return to religious works and law-keeping to gain righteousness and acceptance with God. Paul writes to correct and rebuke them. Paul defends the unique message committed to him by the risen Lord Jesus Christ and explains the inadequacy of the law to save, justify, or perfect believers.

As we study Galatians, we are reminded to stand fast in the liberty that Christ has provided. We are to walk by faith, serving God from a position only accessed by grace.
