The Temple of God

The Corinthian's glory was not good. They boasted of men, including themselves. Wicked deeds were rampant, yet Paul tells the Corinthians that they are the temple of God, of the Holy Ghost.

Though seemingly contrary to the appearance on the outside, the Corinthians are exhorted to remember that their identity is in Christ. They must take heed in how they labour together with God. There will one day be a judgement for what was done in our bodies.
